It gets exponentially worse. I have a prison with just over 1500 inmates and at meal times FRAPS is reading 1 fps. It is probably less than 1, but FRAPS only shows whole numbers. I think it would be nice if there was a zoning tool for gardeners, because now they only waste their time cleaning no mans land between the fences in my prison and the interior areas are neglected..

Another workaround would be to edit the .prison file of your map, search for "MailSatchel" and replace it with "Garbage" before loading the map.

I had this problem, too. In my case, I had to hire more cooks, because they weren't able to finish cleaning the trays until the next meal time, so the game bought new trays to compensate... but you say they are all cleaned... maybe the program checks some hours before meal time if enough trays are a...

Not really, I think. I also have a max sec prison with yards in each cell block. I avoid yard time completely and let them go to the yards in their freetime, were every yard is used.. It also would work if you had completely independent cell blocks with the main hall marked as "staff only"...

It would be really nice if we couldn't just schedule patrols, but also the zoning of rooms. For example: I have a shared Classroom that can be used by my max and pc prisoners (with two entrances). Woukd be nice if i could say "from 8-11 I want this classroom to be max sec only and from 11-2 pc ...
