So today I got my first gang leader. To my surprise he was a medium security prisoner. He's only here for 8 years and has already served 4.9 and only has a 30 something percent chance of re offending. However he is extremely deadly and volatile. The cause of the riot? Well if i had to guess, either you had a bunch of gang members or a prisoner with the instigator trait in the kick off area. Either one would cause a mini riot that would raise the risk level through the roof.

Taking over the entire yard should be a sign that the guards have virtually lost control of the prison.

Dude, 80 armed guards is asking for a trouble, the heat levels will be huge. Are you sure that the heat from 80 armed guards is not what is causing the riots?

There is no need to have botched executions in this game. It's already a touchy enough subject and will likely result in a Mature rating from the ESRB once released, without the need for that much depth. Right, because inmates stabbing "a snitch" or an ex-cop to death with a shard is cool...

i agree - hallways in prison should be cleared but its shouldn't flare up the anger when its locked down for Death row there should be a separate room for visitors to sit and see the death happening You just need a door connecting the two room and you can make both rooms count as the execution room...

Why the hell is that guy Super-max? I only send fearless and volatile instigators to Super-max. The only people I kill are legendary, and on rare occasions I have one that isn't volatile at all so he gets to live. My prisons are usually nothing but Max-Sec, including all the legendary ones.
