Are we able to assign guards certain areas and/or certain tasks? I have guards running around every-which-way but I can't figure out how to keep some in each area. Sometimes they spend more time opening doors than stopping riots, etc.

Any suggestions/hints?

Ha! I wasn't dragging to build. Apparently that solves all problems. I was just outlining the square which doesn't make an inside.

I don't have anything that says roof.. or else I would have attempted that. I've only tried the other things because four walls and a door didn't work. Where is the roof icon? After I build a roof does that make it 'indoors'?
