Nvidia always comes out with Beta drivers you can test as well, a lot of times they have worked for me even if they didn't specifically make it for the game I was playing.

Definitely a well thought out idea, but I too have to say I really appreciate the cartoon-realistic approach to this game. It would really lose the appeal for me if things got "too" far fetched.
