[Feature suggestion] Seasonal Weather
Some kind of seasonal weather would be really great. It would be awesome to see prisoners and guards exhaling warm air as they plod around the yard in the snow perhaps rugged up in warmer clothing.

Not sure if anyone has suggested this or if its the place to post it, but it would be really great if Lights where not automatically placed in buildings.
