If the option to kill cats is added, it'll have to be after players get the ability to control the punishments prisoners get. That way I can assign anyone who hurts a kitty to permanent solitary confinement, and to get roughed up by guards on a regular basis.

I think being able to send food to prisoners instead of having them come to the canteen is pretty important since they have no other way of getting food while in lockdown/solitary.

I think it would be nice to have the option to use both of those added at some point.
