It depends how you look at it. If we wanted, we could already create some now in terms of multiprocessor computers. But I'm taking this as 'will 200Gq processors exist in 2010' and that is probably a no.
Since 2004 I've my own Uplink txt guide. I tried to differ it from the UUG. FInd it on GameFAQs' Uplink FAQ page (going to revise it during the christmas holiday).

maybe not 200g but certainly more powerful

i mean a certain comapny are planning to release 8 core processers in 08

No one said they had to be. I doubt Uplink would care about details like public availability.

As a long-time Uplink gamer, I remember back during 1.0 thinking how the computers of the future will be when 2010 rolls around....and yet here and now, with the dawn of 2008...idk, lol. Seems kind of disappointing. Oh well, still a good game.

That and I still have the 2019 Blade Runner "spinners" to look forward to driving, haha.
