GPL FAQ wrote: The GPL does not require you to release your modified version. You are free to make modifications and use them privately, without ever releasing them. This applies to organizations (including companies), too; an organization can make a modified version and use it internally without ever releasing it outside the organization.
But if you release the modified version to the public in some way, the GPL requires you to make the modified source code available to the program's users, under the GPL.
Thus, the GPL gives permission to release the modified program in certain ways, and not in other ways; but the decision of whether to release it is up to you.

Have you ever actually read the GPL licensing information? -_-

Have YOU ever read the GPL? or did you mix it up with the LGPL?
Because what i meant is, that if someon would start selling products based on GPL-Products, they have to give everyone, who has bought, their product, access to their sourcecode, which has to be GPL in that case

You may have meant that but that's not what you wrote. You said "only if they include their modified sourcecode in the copy". There is no "if" when the code is covered by GPL. So perhaps you are the one who is confused since you have now made two contradicting statements.
