Dedcon config help needed

I need to know what I am doing wrong here. I wish to make a dedcon server for my new mode (Firing squad) but have been unsuccessful in finding proper commands. Here is my current attempt.

HostName skull13's bot
AddCPU Target
TotalBandwidth 15000
GameMode 3
MaxTeams 6
MinTeams 1
MinVersion 1.42
MaxVersion
NavalBlacklist 17 19 35 37
WaitClient
WaitSeconds 5
Say Welcome to skull13's (AKA: Yutota Leesuk) Firing squad server!
WaitSeconds 2
Say In this mode, created by me, there is one CPU player that all players target.
WaitSeconds 2
Say The game plays out normally with all players on the green alliance, no backstabs.
WaitSeconds 2
Say If there are problems, contact skull13 on the Introversion forums.
WaitSeconds 2
Say Three players are required for this game to start (Including the CPU)
WaitSeconds 2
Say Talking to me won't work, I'm a bot.

It would also help if you told us what the problem was. What is the output when you run dedcon? What happens when you join the server?

First of all, you may well be having problems with HostName skull13's bot. This is just a guess, but it's worth a try if things aren't working out for you.

Well, I could not test it with more clients in a hurry, but the basic idea of using diplomacy mode to force everyone except the CPU into the green alliance is good (officially unsupported, of course, because the CPU is supposed to be green, too). The problem, of course, is that disabling defection or changing the score mode won't work in diplomacy mode. You need to add

directly after WaitStart to switch over to custom game mode.

Ah! Thats it, that did it. Thanks.
Edit: On that note, after some more tweaks and edits. (As well as a mighty fine test run with P.O.E) skull13's Firing squad mode server is online! Give it a try! Its different, thats for sure.
(Note, due to the nature of the settings, demo players are not allowed. Also, I'm not sure if I can run it 24/7)
