No experience modding please assist me

Hi.
So never made my own or modded anything in PA b4 and i have no idea were to start.
I want to add a sound effect to the bangup function.

I like the idea of some kind of alarm sounding as all your prisoners are going back to there cells.
As the only time you really use it is when there is an emergency, So i think a sound effect four this would be good.

Anyway, I can make my own sounds, But i have no idea how to add them or even make them work in the game.

A really dumb down explanation on how to do this would be great.
