Cashflow/Prices

Does anyone know if there is a way to change the daily cashflow in the game? Specifically, how much you pay for staff each day, the amount of the prisoner/general grants each day, etc. I've noticed that the Price in materials.txt can be changed but that's of quite limited use(to me, anyway) if you can't adjust the daily income, balance between different staff types, etc. as well.
