Quick search all toilets mod?

Hello all, so, I got back into PA, and am having a couple issues, probably mostly due to the fact that "fill to capacity" decided to give me an extra 20 prisoners, and quite a few max security ones, even though I had those disabled and no zones for them (uhg)

Anyhow, I have nightly dog patrols set up in my cell blocks, but they aren't finding any tunnels, same as the patrols I make outside, and I've had a rash of escapes. I was wondering if there's a mod, or if it could be made, that would ad an option next to the shakedown that would only search toilets, since shakedowns don't seem to find evidence of tunneling (I figured the dogs would go into each cell and check, but no)
