Hello all, I've been a long time fan of Defcon and lurker on these here boards. And I've really, really, really, really wanted to get my hands on the modsuite. I've done some digging and it seems that everywhere it gets uploaded the links go dead in time. If anybody has it, perhaps they could upload it for me? And think about more permanent solutions for storage

If it can't be found around, does anyone know the the range of the x and y coordinates for city placement and border vectors? I heard -160 to 160 wasn't accurate? I won't like doing it all by hand, but if that's what modding calls for then I'll do it!
