Is there a Mod or a setting which will allow me to run Defcon on Dual screens?
Be nice to have one zoomed in on naval, while the other give overview of whole map.

Nope. Can't exist as a mod, does not currently exist as a hacked client. And I think the underlying wrapper (SDL) makes it difficult to retrieve the screen setup or open multiple windows.

Now that I think about it, maybe the best way to implement this is in dedcon. Just allow two connections from the same PC BUT instead of making the second one a spectator, force it to think it's the same player as the first. You'd be able to issue commands from both clients and view your own stuff only, then you are free to arrange the windows as you like. You'll double your bandwidth usage, but that's probably a non-issue.

But don't hold your breath. I haven't even gotten to fixing the multiple-players-from-same-PC problem yet.
