You have website so you have webspace, upload your mod via ftp or files manager.. And post the link on the forums.

For the screen shot just make an thumbnails for your real image and upload them to your space and link it to the forums like that:

For an image of the mod: Go to an image hosting site (if you don't have your own website) such as xs.to and then post whatever link the site says, preferably using the "thumbnail" version so you don't stretch the screen for those with smaller monitors. Do not use .bmp, or NeoThermic will kill you.

For the mod itself, you can ask zanzer7 to host it for you.
