Good job and dont listen to europeans, they are just too picky because they never had a real Union, but when the world revolution will happen...
Waiting for Eastern part.
Modern Combat

I tryed (is this spelled correctly?) it. I like how you split your Mod, because i dont use unit mods, they are harder to see for me.
I also like the relief on the map, wanted to do it myself, but was to lazy.
All the changes must have been alot of work, well done.
Bad thing is, critical mods are almost not used in multiplayer. We should try to change that, maybe if someone could setup a dedicated server for just one critical mod, multiplayer games would actually happen.

Question:
If this is "modern" combat, why are there a couple of older units?
The Polaris was an SLBM that was retired in 1972 and replaced by Poseidon, which was replaced by Trident I in 1979 and the current Trident II in 1990.
The Atlas was our first ICBM, which along with the Titan, were phased out in the 1960s in favor of the Minuteman.
So why not have a Trident II nuke instead of a Polaris, and a Minuteman III silo in place of the Atlas launcher?

Unit Changes:
Nuke: Polaris
Silo: Erect Atlas silo
