Darwinia mod ideas?

Ok, i'm working on a Darwinia mod for Defcon.

Just changing the graphics, but need some ideas.

I have the Darwinian as the fighter, and i'm thinking of having a Incubator and an Airfield, The radar dish as the radar. A deployed armor for the AA guns.

Instead of a missle silo, have a Triffid shooting eggs.

But i need some ideas for the ships, and what to use for the bomber. Maybe the Engineer could be used somehow.

It would be great to use all the Viruses, but i'm not sure how I could fit them in, things like the Virii and the centipede just wouldn't work.

What do you think?

The AirStrikes could be used for bombers?

Perhaps have centipedes, jellyfish and soul destroyers? For battleships, carriers and subs, respectively (as centipedes just attack, jellyfish spawn stuff, and soul destroyers, well, destroy the souls)

But I think I like the idea. only it's a pity whatwith the colour limitation and stuff, but it should be alright.
