Might I recommend you make one yourself? With the image you provided, it shouldn't be that big of a job with the modsuite, even if that is in a sorry state at the moment ;)

Here is a work in progress... :wink: That is, I need to clean up some things like the north east side of the Med, add cities, territories, and all the other graphics... :P

By the way (MOR), what city do you live in? :wink: Using the good ol' modsuite.
