Do you have to pay to get mods?

yes. you pay at least $600 US dollars per mod. Once you do that, I'll send you whatever mod you want.

No, I mean in order to get mods for Defcon itself. You see, I'm a demo user, and when I go to Program Files (The x86 one since it's there) and click on Defcon, there are no folders there to put mods and when I click on mods in Defcon, it shows up a message about paying for the full version.
