Unreadable text

My text is unreadable it just looks like big blurry blocks? how would I go about fixing this problem?

The same problem appeared with me after I installed the latest Intel drivers to be able to use a higher resolution. The problem is present at all resolutions.

It may be a OpenGL or SDL issue as it also appears on AssaultCube which I think uses the same libraries.

How can this be described in SDL or OpenGL terms so I can google for solutions in other games?

How do I load it if I don't read the text at all? Is there a config file in Windows?

Hi again! I fixed the problem by toying with the setting in the 3D menu of the Intel Graphic control panel. Here is a screenshot of my current ones.
