Full screen opens on wrong monitor?

I've got two monitors on my machine, with the one on the right being my primary which 99.99999999999999% of games open in fullscreen on with no problem. However having started Defcon for the first time on this setup is has, for some reason, opened on the left hand monitor.

Is there a way to sanely force Defcon onto the correct screen? command line switch or something?

Part of me wonders if it's a Vista issue as playing the same game at work it openned on the primary monitor (same physical setup) no problem, but that machine is running XP.

I had this problem and fixed it.
My "primary" monitor was numberred as monitor 2 in windows.
If you look in display options you'll see monitor 1 and monitor 2 and it gives you the option to make one the "primary"
I think most games go by that primary tag while Defcon must have gone by the number.
I managed to get the numbers to switch using the nvidia control panel. (couldn't find a way with vista's normal display panel)
