Must... resist... picking... radars...

Bombers without a doubt. They have the largest stockpile of the three to distribute and are them most versatile. You can do surgical strikes with small groups or all out attacks with all 44 of them, they're the only ones really suited for naval nuking, you can change targets at the last second better with them.

Subs. I use them for silo busting, and while I can get by without them it is a massive headache.

Without radars I wouldn't be able to force EU to squash into a cornor or keep silos away from Moscow.

The most important in my opinion is radar, without it, you'd be blind nuking.

Well the obvioud answer would be silos...60 nukes!!! But then without subs they're far less effective so im going for subs....12 packed nukes...dreeewl

for me it is bombers, the only part of my offense that actually works

However, I do like using subs as my preemptive attack and to distract while other nukes go for the kill. My problem is that in 6 player, I never have enough navy to use my bombers the way I would like :?

Subs are the best weapon in the game. Invisible, surprising, powerful.

Silos are excellent for their reach.

Bombers are mostly nuke transporters, the brute force, the basic deliverer.

Have to disgree with you on that...next to the carrier the bomber has the second largest radar i believe? (of mobile units), strong against all naval units and has the longest range and is only slower than a fighter/inflight nuke.

Pater's a 6-player specialist with well-known tactics of not caring about anything other than the actual nuking. So all this talk of 'radar ranges' doesn't bother him at all.

Onto my thoughts, I said radar dishes, mainly because the poll said not to vote for it. But really, they allow me to defend effectively, meaning my piss-poor attack gets half a chance to win games.

In terms of radar, it goes like this

(from largest to smallest)

Radar
Carrier
Same: BB-Silo-Airbase-Bomber (Naval Mode)
Same: Fighter-Bomber (Launch mode)
Sub
Nuke (none)

So, bomber has third largest radar. If you've ever noticed, bombers and bb's fire at each other at the same time when limited to their own radar.

Surely bombers are best as they don't have the 'nuke launch detected' alert when they release their cargo, so your enemy wont know of them till they appear on radar?
