"dropped" when someone leaves a game?
Is it possible to tell if someone has left because their computer/connection went down, or whether they voluntarily left a game?

Disconnected is where they exited the game in such a way that allowed Defcon to alert that it had left the game. Dropped means that packets were unable to reach the client for enough time to consider the client as missing.
