let me change my shit up because im incompetent.


Can you attack Allied naval units with cease fire on? ( i know you can with nukes but what about battleships/fighters/bombers primary attack)

I must be tired or your phrasing is confusing but did you just ask if it's possible to primary attack naval units without nuking them?
