Does anyone know if there will be a Mac Steam port soon, I just bought the anthology and want to play on my New MacBook at work/school. That would be so awesome

Unlikely. The ports were done by Ambrosia software and, while the details of deal are not public, we assume they got the exclusive publishing rights for the Mac. Buying the regular Windows version of Defcon from the IV store would enable you to also play on Linux, for example, but not on the Mac.
