i´m in a mission that i need to put a man in a jail and in the mail they give me the IP adress of the personal computer but i don´t know what i got to do .
i went to the global criminal database and put some charges in their file and nothing happen.
pleas help and sorry about my english is not good.

Use the Log_Modifier to make them point at that computer. Then let the hack be traced.

isnt there a button the warrant arrest in the global criminal database?

There is, but in order to frame someone for computer crimes you are required to do it manually, by committing the crime yourself and then changing logs to make it look as though they have done it. Look in the Ultimate Uplink Guide, it's explained there.
