Uplink question

Hey I'm new here and i just downloaded the uplink demo. Now in the first " mission" i can't hack. I don't get why because i don't connect directly to the target just like they said. The only software i can start is File_copier and File-Deleter. Can anyone help me THX.

Did you do the tutorial?  It will tell you to purchase the password breaker at the Uplinkl Internal Services machine, which you will use to break into the test machine.  :)

Then you should have purchased the password breaker and should be able to run it on the Test Machine.  :)

Make sure you get T.T. v. 3.0 instead of 2.0, as you can still afford it, and it tells you the time. Much more convenient.
