Introversion

Some of my friends claim that Uplink is a dead game, i strongly disagree with them, it might sound weird, but it is one of the best games i have ever played....it helps ppl build their mind skills...

Anywayzzz i wanted to know if there is any chance Introversion will make a new patch, because if they did...omg i would be in heaven!!!!

It doesn't sound weird at all, it is one of the best games ever...

As for the chance of Introversion making a new patch, i think there's not that big of a chance because they are very busy with Darwinia.. But you could look at the General forum in the Onlink-mod threads... Onlink is a mod which may make the game more interesting again...

There is a mod which fixes some problems (heaven forbid!) in the game and makes it generally easier to use.

For example, it makes a box when going into the admin for InterNIC that you can just click on and it types in the password as opposed to having to type it in every time. It also stops the file deleter from automatically closing itself and it keeps it open until you have finished with it. It does quite alot more aswell.

Ah, when onlink comes out...
