Mod Converter

Does anyone know of a Mod converter that would convert mod files(made for windows only) to say, a mod file for Mac? both identical in programming, but made for different systems. If no such thing exists, could someone make one? Any help here would be awesome!

Does not exist, and would be rather difficult to make also due to the differences in Mac and Windows programming.
