I ordered and just received the german version of Uplink, Publisher is IXSoft (www.ixsoft.de), as producer there is mentioned: Purplehills, S.A.D, Introversion.
What I would like to know:
Do the patches from the english version also work in the german one? And do mods like SimplyUplink work?
If some words are in English with the mods I don't care, or I would translate the mods if the programmers let me.
I don't want to install the german version if I cannot use any patches or mods with it, so I would send it back then.
Could you please try to answer quick?
My girlfriend would like to try Uplink, but she doesn't speak english.
