I just wonders if there's some way to make yar own server with only some text and maybe a file server with some files, without needing the DevCD?
And another question I haven't found an answer to, here on the forums:
How to make those name mods working?
I got the latest patch for the Win ver. of the game, have unzipped the files to the data folder and made a new account in the game, but still it doesn't work. What to do?
Oh, by the way, great game!

Unfortunately, no you cannot make new servers without the DevCD.

Make sure the file is in <uplink>/data/<filename> and not <uplink>/data/data/<filename> as often happens with zips.

1. Aww.... then I guess I have to try that LAN thingy instead
2. Nop, it's the right folder(what I know). It's that companies names "addon"('companies.zip') and that big one with new names for peepz('wordstuff.zip') and I took a look at the folders, inside the zip, and can say that I have unzipped 'em in the right folder(in this case, uplink\data\, what I know, again).
Hmm... then it must be something else
