Is There any way of getting The Dev Cd Now

I want to get the dev cd because my mate needs to view it to start making mods but its unavalible to buy any more does anyone no anyother place i can buy it from or download it im willing to pay just need the cd please

You could only get it from IV, and no you can't download it. That would be illegal and we don't support piracy here. Try sending IV and email and ask if they are willing to sell you a copy.
