continu the game over internet (not online game)

add some private google network and hacking and found information in a real emulation of the internet.

exemple:
i open a google Uplink network
that open my navigator with http://127.0.0.1/uplink/google.html
and i can search some information over emulation of the internet about some compagny or some poeple

that is just more realist

same with Ebay where you can buy or sell some hardware, program or information

Working on the assumtpion that everyone is running IIS or PWS or Apache or some other form of webserver, and that they want a game to fox around with it?
Assuming the game will have permissions TO fox around with it?

A better way would be to have the game have its own built in webserver and the ability to configure it to use a different port, and have it default to something other than 80. I dunno, 10080 or something.
