Would it be possible for IV to update the IV server in the game to give people general ideas about what to expect? what theyre working on, when it'll be released, etc? just an idea...

Thats impossible. Because otherwise they would bring out a patch every week. Duh

Yes, i realise that. I didnt mean release a patch every week. I meant when there was a big announcement (like the devCD). Duh

I know what you mean, and I guess it would be a good addition to the IRC client :) (if only it worked on WinME! :()
