Cannot receive E-mail from ARC!Help me!

I have received E-mail from the dead agent.But when I tried to hack ARC Central Mainframe(I tried the code in the E-mail either) and pull the time progress,and nothing happen.
Then the Arunmor Internal Service Machine infected by Revelation and I still not receive the E-mail .I pulled time progress further and saw Arunmor mission in the Uplink mission list.Finally the storyline ended while I stayed outside(i didn't see the last mission).Is it any bug or error?

What exactly did you do when you connected to the ARC mainframe?

Did you delete your logs?

When you get the dead agent email and try the password in ARC, do not delete logs.

Uhm,thank you.By the way the storyline has ended,I have to create a new agent to try ARC mission (Arunmor's done) )
