Last Arunmor Mission not happening

Like the title says. I already passed May 2011 (a lot of fast forward) and it just doesn't appear. Also I think I never got the first mission(s), where you supposedly pick a side (I only read about this just now when I was googling my problem).
I destroyed the ARC Mainframe earlier (delete sys), when the message from the dead hacker came, could it be that?
Anyways I'd be happy if someone knows a fix for that.
