Fatal error in Uplink

I tried to unzip a theme into my uplink directory, and now Uplink will not run at all, it just says a fatal error has occured. I had also recently installed an older patch, because I could not get the new patch to install at all. If anyone could help, that would be greatly appreciated. Here is the debug log.

Maybe the theme is corrupted/incomplete or not compatible with your current version of uplink?

Why the latest patch didn't apply at all? I mean can you explain the situation when you are trying to apply the patch?

Try doing a clean Uplink reinstall and patch to 1.31.
