Instant bust when reconnecting to Uplink Internal Services

Whenever I hack into the uplink internal services to get the list of agents something weird happens.
I went to interNIC and deleted my bounce. But the next time i connect to the uplink internal services and login as myself they start to trace me.
I never bounce around the globe to connect to them so it's an instant bust.
Any ideas or comments are welcome as to why this could happen.
