I accepted a mission, but then canceled it and lost a rank. I now have no jobs open.

How can I get past this?

EDIT: Seriously, orillian? Your answer to a newb is to hack a bank? Really? You expect someone who can't even figure out the fast forward function, as described in the tutorial, to be able to figure out how to hack a bank? or to have the necessary tools to do so? Really? Do you even think about the advice you give before you give it?

well part of me couldnt be given the whole search advice, and second its probably cruel but i think people who cant read a tutorial should be encouraged to screw up as fast as possible to learn something.
