dont worry about his login.  soon you should get an email from ARC (if you dont then hack into their internal services then disconnect.  i'm not sure if you delete the logs or not.  probably should.)  you can choose to accept the arc mission or wait for the email from arunmor and choose their mission (arc and arunmor are enemies.)  whichever one you choose will determine the storyline that you will get.
