Send emails to other owned accounts?

I was wondering if you could send emails to other accounts you "owned". Let's say I have a criminal record, which does not allow me to do the big missions where you need 70 Gq of space to steal a ton of corporate information. Those missions pay big, and I can't get all that cash now because I had to pay one 1000 cred fine. On that account, my gateway was upgraded, I had a better modem and CPU, more expensive software, and a fair amount of bucks. I made a new account in the hopes that I could transfer moolah and software from the old account to the new one. Could I? And, if I could, what email address would I send software to?
