I can't seem to find anything on it in searching because the key words match other issues but i'm wonder if it means the routing is not secure?

So basically the world map window is sometimes outlined in red.

I did not notice this before in the game but it was not until i bounced the connection between all the public servers + all the banks + all the phone numbers that i got this.

Is that too many bounces? are the phone numbers confusing the connection? is one of the links bad/compromised?

Ok, so it's been a month. I'm curious if you found out the cause? The only red I've seen in Uplink is when a computer system is infected with Revelation. I'm wondering if you ran Rev on your own system. That's the best I could come up with.
