installing problem

cant able to install uplink hacker elite game what to do am using xp in Dual core pprocessor 1 gb ram and 320 gb hdd

hi there tried to install on xp. when i click setup nothing happens like not showing any welcome screen ar i accept agreement screen. Here is my sys configuration
1.Dual Core processor
2.1gb ram
3.320 gb hdd
and inbuilt 256 mb Graphics
pls provide me the solutions

Hello ! "I've got a problem. I try to install Uplink Haker Elite on Windows7 32 but does not start setup. nothing happens. I tried to change the compatibility settings but without any result. What can I do about it? :?
