so... i was browsing through steam, looking for anything interesting that i might want to buy, and i saw this...

my original thought was 'cool, Introversion have made 'uplink 2' ... it appears i was wrong.

now, while i notice that it's being distributed through EA, and therefore likely does not breach copyright on uplink, i do have to say that from the screenshots i have seen it is Remarkably simillar...

figured the good people at introversion should get a heads up if nothing else.

There's not much variation you can get in a hacking game. At least, not without either breaking suspension of disbelief or actually being realistic. That or going the pure command line interface route.

That said, Exosyphen Studios have been around some time have made many a Remarkably Similar game and they've all managed to be Very Bad.
