Hey guys, this is a great forum.

How come I don't see any links back to Uplink nor Introversion?
(nor Darwinia nor Defcon nor . . .)

Dumb question, huh? Must be a newB kinda problem.

There's probably a link to IV's site somewhere but I guess the mods haven't put them in place *hint hint*

What Post subject would be more relevant?

"Missing Links" (just the facts)
"Hidden HTML" (another new Uplink agent mission)
"Webmaster Misery" (atrocities between the style-sheets)
"Web Portal hangover" (more talking is less thinking *hic*)
"Back Button Failure" (my browser catastrophy)

Or my personal favorite:

" "

Ok, just for the record, the hyper-link that should be hiding
in CSS code under the "For all things related to Uplink" logo
at the top of this page ought to be:
http://www.uplink.co.uk
But it ain't. So, you can't get there from here. . .

Ya think I could be in violation of a copyright law, maybe?
Nahh, there's a printed GPL license glued on the side of my PC.
Maybe yours too?

By the way, is Introversion going to use icculus.org?
I noticed that there are no XML files in the Windows 1.31 patch.
But Linux gets a whole extra hidden folder, "/.manifest".
What's up with THAT? [New thread goes here]

Something like "No link to Uplink.co.uk on Forum" would seem to make sense. What you posted has virtually nothing to do with the post you made.

A hyperlink in CSS code? Yeah, I'm glad you're not the webmaster. :?

Yeah, I'm just as confused as you are. . .

And I quote:
"What you posted has virtually nothing to do with the post you made. "

Thanks.

That is what you posted as a title has virtually nothing to do with the post you made. I'm sorry I should have made that more explicit, given the trouble you seem to be having.
