[Suggestion] Expand the guard's needs system

Perhaps add some exercise need, family, warmth and hygiene too. Exercise so they can become as strong as they should be to beat and stop prisoners, warmth so they wont get sick and hygiene so they wont stink or something.

The developers have explained why the family and sleep needs were excluded.

Real-life prison guards do shifts, and regularly go home to see their loved ones, and sleep.

Since shift work would be difficult to simulate in Prison Architect, the guards are on site 24/7, and they don't have needs which they would implicitly fulfill outside their shifts. That would imply Hygiene.

When it comes to warmth, we can assume that they have uniforms good for cold weather.

I'd like to at least see the ability to give guards a break -- tell a guard with few to no needs to go replace a guard who's getting exhausted or Pissed Off. Right now, I can't see any way to swap them out, even though I've got a passel of happy guards milling about Reception, Deliveries, Security, and/or the Staff Room, with the guards on duty being all angry and slow. It's nonsense. They should automatically swap out when a guard gets Exhausted or Pissed Off, if there's another guard somewhere who's on break and has zero needs, and you should be able to swap them manually if there are guards who have some needs but not as much as the ones on duty.

There should be a button you can press to make all the guards swap around, so that out of X guards (the pool), Y will be chosen (equal to the number of posts/jobs needed), and those Y will be chosen starting with those with the lowest needs, so that the ones on break are those with the highest needs.
