Prisoners are not eating or doing anything

BUG 1: Prisoners not eating I even got micromanagement and assigned prisoners to eat at canteen.
It says there are no prisoners assigned to eat at this canteen
BUG 2: Prisoners are not going out to yard when its yard time
BUG 3: Prisoners are not showering when it's showering time
Not sure if this will help but,
