Library books not delivered since using Beta version

Hello everyone,
I just switched to the Beta branch to test the staff needs and I have a problem with my library not getting books delivered anymore.
Since I changed to the Beta version, the library books don't get delivered anymore to my prison. I have a library that was correctly working before changing, with enough qualified prisonners to run it. On work hours, the prisonners go work in the library but just stand there since they have no book to sort. I also tried to delete the library and re-create it but nothing worked.
I tried to return to the stable version and the library is working again, is there a change I missed with the last version that affect the library ? Or is there another way to cope with the litteracy need ?
