Sorry, you can't. They looked for some testers quite a while ago, but since then there just were some very occasional hints that the tablet version would come "soon". The delay is apparently caused by problems with finding the right publisher and publishing method for it rather than technical issues. So they don't need further testers, else they would ask for them.

Man I even bought and iPad Pro on anticipation for this game. Really hope it releases soon. A status update would be nice.
