Staff Needs sugestions and bugs?

I have a huge prison with 144 in-game days (66 hours) - http://prntscr.com/dm8uyd

I was very happy about this new update because i love PA
but i encounter some bugs with the system (i know is on beta)

1 - I could not find the options to activate this update with the beta activate.
Not a problem, i know how to change the save files

2 - My guards on break inside of staff room with needs to fulfill doing nothing. - http://prntscr.com/dm8y6a

I have 3 breaks per day and 2 hours per break - http://prntscr.com/dm8yuh

I have enough staff rooms and staff canteens (i think?) across my prison - http://prntscr.com/dm91xdn (staff rooms and staff canteens mark with red squares)

The staff rooms are well equipped - http://prnt.sc/dm941q

Normally i have 50 guards on the break every hour -http://prntscr.com/dm900i

My prison is going to riot because of this and some of my inmates died beaten to dead by guards

3 - The warmth need for staff is very cool and expensive too

I had dismantled a staff door in one staff room, and then some of guards started using staff doors to eat the food instead of showing the food and such. it was kinda funny. When the worker removed the staffdoor from the room in it's box it seemed the bug no logger happened.
